Puppies

All puppies must have completed full course of vaccinations and is at least 5 months old.

Vaccination Requirement

All furry guests need to be up-to-date with their annual C5 vaccination. Proof of vaccination has to be submitted online before arrival.

The angry and the shy

If your dog is shy or a little aggressive towards other dogs or human, please let us know so we can provide a tailored routine with other dogs.

Booking process

Step one

Register an account from our Customer Portal, add your pet(s) details.

Step two

Submit booking request through our Customer Portal.

Step three

Our staff will review, confirm your booking and send you an invoice.

What to bring

At least 1 leash and collar
Nothing gets a dog more excited than the sound of their leash/collar. For ease of handing, please make sure your dog is wearing one during dropoff.
Documents Required
Please submit your dog's proof of vaccination through our Customer Portal prior to boarding.
A reminder of Home
We provide everything your dog needs (cushion, blanket, bowl etc), but you are welcome to bring your dog's favourite bedding to help them feel at home
Medicine & supplements
Our staff can administer oral medications, please bring enough medications for the duration of the stay.
Favourite toys
We have plenty of toys for your dog to choose from, but if they have a favourite toy, please feel free to bring that along too.
Bring Your Own Food
If your pup is a picky eater or has special dietary requirement, please provide our staff with feeding instructions.
